One option on the table has been obtaining owner financing, and the owners are willing. I'm just not sure I want to go into debt at all. It's something that I haven't done up to this point, and it's given the freedom I've had so far.Melissa Jenkshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05671992975667465476noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34713524.post-39424832819626753182010-11-11T23:00:29.526-05:002010-11-11T23:00:29.526-05:00Any news?Any news?Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04840986267504858110noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34713524.post-61593801814392193642010-11-08T12:16:16.875-05:002010-11-08T12:16:16.875-05:00It does seem to me that you could borrow the balan...It does seem to me that you could borrow the balance from your parents and pay it back @ 8% interest over the next five years;
or
Pay the seller's price, but ask them to take the balance at 8% over 5 years, them holding the deed until it is paid. I heard someone say one time that "He may not always be on time (by our standards anyway) but He is never late." It's a hard lesson to learn but patience is one thing that is essential to this life. All things do work out in their own time. But you must continue to hold positive images in your mind and have faith that God knows what is best for us.MamaHenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17018971960706063902noreply@blogger.com
